Job Description:

We are looking for a highly disciplined and experienced Admin Head to lead administrative operations at our real estate development company in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate is a Retired Army Officer (preferably from the rank of Major or above), with a proven background in handling administrative affairs in large-scale housing or real estate projects such as DHA or similar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day administrative functions across the project site and office
• Ensure strict implementation of security, logistics, and facility management protocols
• Liaise with government departments and regulatory bodies
• Maintain discipline and enforce organizational SOPs
• Supervise staff performance and provide leadership to the admin team
• Manage vendor contracts, procurement processes, and general services
• Facilitate project management teams with necessary administrative support

Requirements:

• Retired Officer from Pakistan Army (Major/Lt. Colonel or equivalent rank preferred)
• Experience with DHA or large-scale real estate projects is highly desirable
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively
• Familiarity with real estate development processes and administrative compliance
